Luxury Brands Malta is an independent pre-owned luxury resale business. We have no affiliation, partnership, or association with any original brand, designer, or manufacturer whose products may appear in our store. All brand names and trademarks belong to their respective owners. We do not reproduce, copy, or imitate any original products. All items sold are authentic pre-owned goods acquired from private sellers.

Return and Refund Policy – Luxury Brands Malta

All items sold by Luxury Brands Malta are pre-owned luxury goods sourced from third parties. Luxury Brands Malta is not the original manufacturer of any item sold. Each item is carefully inspected and described to the best of our ability before listing.

Returns We accept returns within 14 days of delivery, provided the item is returned in the same condition as received. Items must not be used, altered, or damaged after receipt. All original accessories, dust bags, boxes, or packaging included with the item must be returned.

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed within 14 days to your original payment method.

If the returned item shows signs of use, damage, or deterioration compared to its condition at the time of dispatch, we reserve the right to deduct an appropriate amount from the refund to reflect the diminished value of the item.

Right of Withdrawal

The 14-day right of withdrawal applies exclusively to online purchases (distance contracts). Items collected in person at our location are not subject to the statutory right of withdrawal under EU Consumer Rights Directive 2011/83/EU, Article 16.

Return Shipping Costs Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using a tracked and insured shipping method, as we cannot be held responsible for items lost or damaged in transit.

Non-returnable items Items that show signs of use after delivery, are missing original packaging, or have been altered in any way cannot be returned.

Warranty As per EU regulations for second-hand goods, a 1-year warranty applies to all pre-owned items sold by Luxury Brands Malta. This warranty covers defects not disclosed at the time of sale. Luxury Brands Malta is not responsible for defects inherent to the original manufacture of the item.

Authenticity All items are verified for authenticity before dispatch. If you believe an item is not authentic, you must contact us within 24 hours of delivery at reachoutltd@pm.me. Claims made after this period cannot be accepted.
