2. Products All items are pre-owned unless explicitly stated otherwise. We make every effort to accurately describe the condition, authenticity, and details of each item. Minor signs of wear consistent with pre-owned goods may be present and will be noted in the product description.

3. Authenticity We guarantee the authenticity of all items sold. If you believe an item is not authentic, contact us within 48 hours of delivery at reachoutltd@pm.me.

4. Pricing All prices are listed in EUR and include applicable taxes. We reserve the right to change prices at any time without prior notice.

5. Orders By placing an order, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and that the information provided is accurate. We reserve the right to cancel any order at our discretion.

6. Shipping Orders are shipped from Malta. Delivery times and costs are outlined in our Shipping Policy.

7. Returns Returns are accepted in accordance with our Return and Refund Policy and EU consumer rights law.
