International Shipping We currently ship primarily to Malta and EU countries. For inquiries about shipping to other destinations, please contact us at reachoutltd@pm.me.
Packaging Every item is packaged with care to ensure safe delivery. Pre-owned luxury items are wrapped in protective materials to maintain their condition during transit.
Tracking Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.
Lost or Damaged Shipments If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 48 hours of the expected delivery date at reachoutltd@pm.me. We will work with the courier to resolve the issue promptly.
